Infused Caramel Popcorn Recipe 🍿🌿
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) cannabis-infused butter (use your preferred dosage)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pop the popcorn: Use your preferred method to pop the popcorn, making sure to remove any unpopped kernels. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
Make the caramel: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt your cannabis-infused butter. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it bubble for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the magic: Remove the caramel from the heat and stir in vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. The mixture will bubble up (this is the fun part!).
