Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the policy below:

Returns

All return requests must be initiated by contacting us directly at stlpotchef@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved via email, we’ll provide you with further instructions to complete the process.

Refunds

All sales are final. However, if a return is approved due to a defect or order issue, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is received.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

All orders will be shipped with a flat-rate shipping fee based on the size and weight of your items. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
