Instructions:

  1. Make the crust:

    • In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together.

    • Cut the chilled cannabis-infused butter into small cubes and add it to the flour. Use a pastry blender or your hands to mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.

    • Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, and mix until the dough comes together. Don’t overwork it! Divide the dough in half, form two disks, and wrap them in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Prepare the filling:

    • In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with both sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, lemon juice, melted cannabis-infused butter, and a pinch of salt. Make sure the apples are well-coated and set aside to let the flavors meld together.

  3. Assemble the pie:

    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
